CAMPING – CHECKOUT TIME IS 12 NOON, CHECK IN TIME IS 2 PM
Camping (Each Sleeping Unit) (Up to a Party of 2)(1 boat launch per site - $12/night
If you stay 7 consecutive nights, the 7th night is free.
Extra Persons (over Party of 2) - $ 3 ea/night
Electrical Service: South Park - $ 3/night -- North Park - $ 5/night
Electric Heater and Air Conditioner Usage (excluding 30 amp sites at North Park) - $ 2/night
Visitors (per person) (must check in at office) - $ 1 ea/day
Non Campers Showers (Not allowed on Holiday or exceptionally busy weekends) - $ 3 each
Trailer Storage (We are not responsible for loss or damage) - $150/year or $15/month
BOATS – ALL RENTALS MUST BE DOCKED BEFORE DARK IN SOUTH PARK
Boat Rental - $15/day
Boat & Motor Rental - $50/day
Motor Only Rental (one day) - $40/day
Motor Only Rental (for more than one day) - $35/day
6 X 10 Pontoon (up to 2 persons) - $50/day
6 X 16 Pontoon (up to 5 persons) - $85/day
Cushions - $.50 ea/day
Life preservers or safety cushions are required by law
Boat Launch & Docking (when staying here) - $ 2/day
Boat Launch (public) - $ 3/day

SOUTH PARK
UPSTAIRS KITCHENETTES (EACH HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM W/SHOWER)
1 Bedroom (occupancy of no more than 3 people) - $50/night or $300/week
2 Bedroom (occupancy of no more than 4 people) - $60/night or $360/week
Spare Room (just a bedroom)(added to a kitchenette - $15/night or $90/week
Occupancy of no more than 3 people
Whole Upstairs (occupancy of no more than 10 people) - $125/night or $750/week
Downstairs (occupancy of no more than 6 people) - $50/night or $300/week
The downstairs kitchenette does not have a private restroom; you have to use the camper’s restroom with access from inside the apartment.
Whole Building (occupancy of no more than 16 people) - $175/night or $1,050/week
NORTH PARK
Cabin #1 (occupancy of no more than 2 people) - $30/night or $180/week
Cabin #2 (occupancy of no more than 2 people) - $30/night or $180/week
Cabins are just one room with stove, refrigerator, kitchen table, sink, and bed. There is no restroom. You must use the camper’s restrooms across the road.
Mobile Home #1 (occupancy of no more than 6 people) - $70/night or $420/week
Mobile Home #2 (occupancy of no more than 6 people) - $85/night or $510/week
House (up to 6 people) - $120/night or $720/week
Extra persons up to 12 - $10 ea/night or $60 ea/week
The house consists of a full kitchen, bathroom w/shower, living room, and sitting room. It has 2 Bedrooms on the main floor, and a full size futon in the living room and in the sitting room. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs.
*PILLOWS AND BLANKETS ARE SUPPLIED. WE DO NOT SUPPLY SHEETS, TOWELS, OR WASHCLOTHS.

*THERE WILL BE A $25 SERVICE CHARGE FOR BAD CHECKS
*WE ACCEPT RESERVATIONS WITH A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM
Cancellation Policy: If you do need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. If we are able to re rent what you have reserved, we will refund your deposit less $5 handling fee.
